Sometimes it’s the littlest details that make the biggest impact, like Monica’s white square-neck top. With cute three quarter length sleeves and bow detailing, this is the perfect choice for a ‘jeans and a nice top’ combo.

While we love our oversized shirt dresses, Monica shows us how to wow in a fitted, little grey dress with short sleeves and button detailing. A sophisticated style that speaks, “when you have a meeting at 5, but are hitting up the club at 6”. Officewear, but make it fashion.

Rachel didn’t need vivid shades and bold prints to achieve her fashionista status. A simple black tied shirt and black skirt did the trick. A super minimalist look with high impact.

Phoebe’s orange faux fur coat is iconic for more than one reason. Her brightly-coloured piece of outerwear is bang on-trend and will forever be immortalised from that scene that inspired a hundred gifs. You know the one we’re talking about. Talk about statement pieces.

Yes, that’s another slip dress. And yes, we’re still obsessed. Rachel shows us the power of the slip dress with this grey printed design featuring black straps. This time she rocks it alone with nothing but her grace and her style...and a dozen designer shopping bags, of course.

Now, we know that Ross wasn’t quite the fashionista that Monica, Phoebe and Rachel were, but is there a more iconic outfit than Ross’ leather trousers? We couldn’t finish off our ode to the TV show without this infamous style. As well as providing us with some laughs, Ross’ leather pants have come back around in fashion as we’ve seen them all over catwalks today. Maybe just avoid them on first dates?!
